Olive High Fundraising 2021 – 2022

Through the mercy of our lord, we lead secure privileged lives here in Britain, and so we always want to keep the less fortunate in our thoughts and prayers. “Blessed is the wealth of a Muslim from which he gives to the poor, the orphan and the wayfarer” (Muslim).

Dec 2021: Food Hamper @ Pendle Side Hospice – On world kindness day, our girls delivered a lovely food hamper to Pendle Hospice. The hamper was presented by a pupil who sadly lost her mother and was in end of life care at the local hospice. 

NOV 2021: Orphan Sponsorship – This year the girls were encouraged to raise money for the orphan sponsorship programme to sponsor children in need in war torn countries. We raised £232.33 Alhamdulillah. 

OCT 2021: Macmillan Coffee morning – On the 22nd October we held a coffee morning for parents and pupils to raise money for the cancer patients and their families. This was great success. The girls got involved and brought in many different cakes and bakes. The total amount raised for Macmillan was £380.21 Alhmadulillah.
